Hi-Tek Pricing
Per-user monthly pricing on an all-inclusive bundle. Microsoft 365 Business Premium included. Project work quoted separately. Hardware at cost-plus. No surprise line items.
How Does Hi-Tek Pricing Work?
Hi-Tek charges per-user per month for an all-inclusive managed IT bundle that covers helpdesk and pod support, the strategic IT layer (vCIO and TAM), 24/7 monitoring and SOC, the security stack, identity governance, and Microsoft 365 administration. Microsoft 365 Business Premium is included for every user. Project work is scoped separately with fixed-fee milestones. Hardware is procured at cost-plus through our Dell Gold and Lenovo partner relationships. The right price for your business depends on your actual environment, which is why we don’t publish dollar amounts. A 30-minute conversation is enough to give you a real proposal.
How Hi-Tek Pricing Is Structured
Per-User Monthly Bundle
All-inclusive standard managed IT bundle priced per user per month. The bundle covers helpdesk and pod support, monitoring, security stack, identity, M365 administration, and the strategic IT layer (vCIO + Technical Account Manager).
Microsoft 365 Business Premium Included
M365 Business Premium is included for every user in the standard bundle. The security baseline cyber insurance carriers and compliance frameworks expect.
Project Work Quoted Separately
Project work (migrations, integrations, infrastructure builds, custom development) is scoped separately with fixed-fee milestones. T&M is minimized to almost zero. We’d rather scope and quote than bill hourly.
Hardware At Cost-Plus
Procurement at partner pricing through our Dell Gold, Lenovo, and Microsoft Solutions Partner relationships. Pass-through cost-plus to clients. No hidden markup.
36-Month Standard Term
Standard contract term is 36 months. Long enough to plan and execute, short enough that the relationship has to keep earning its place.
No Specific Dollar Amounts Published
Pricing scales with user count, sites, scope, and compliance posture. The right price for your business is the one we propose after a 30-minute conversation. We don’t publish dollar amounts because the right number depends on your actual environment.
Frequently Asked Questions About Pricing
How does Hi-Tek pricing work?
Per-user monthly pricing on an all-inclusive standard bundle. The bundle scales with user count, sites, scope, and compliance posture. Project work is scoped separately with fixed-fee milestones. Hardware is cost-plus through our partner relationships.
Is Microsoft 365 Business Premium included?
Yes. M365 Business Premium is included for every user in the standard bundle. Additional licenses (E5, E3, Copilot, Project, Visio) available as ad-hoc add-ons at retail with no markup.
Why don’t you publish specific dollar amounts?
Because the right number depends on your actual environment. User count, sites, compliance posture, and scope all matter. A 30-minute conversation is enough to give you a real proposal.
Do you charge by the hour?
Almost never. T&M billing is minimized to almost zero. The standard bundle covers most managed IT work. Project work is scoped with fixed-fee milestones. Hourly billing is the exception, not the rule.
What does the standard bundle include?
Helpdesk and pod support (named senior helpdesk, dedicated TAM, vCIO), 24/7 monitoring and SOC, EDR on every endpoint, MFA and conditional access, email security, M365 Business Premium licenses, M365 administration, identity governance, hardware lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding processes, weekly status, monthly review, quarterly planning.
What does the bundle NOT include?
Project work (migrations, infrastructure builds, custom development) is scoped separately. Hardware is procured at cost-plus, not bundled. Additional M365 licenses beyond Business Premium (E5, Copilot, Project, etc.) are ad-hoc add-ons at retail.
How long is the contract term?
36-month standard. Long enough to plan and execute meaningful change, short enough that the relationship has to keep earning its place.
Do you offer co-managed pricing?
Yes. Co-managed engagements where Hi-Tek covers what internal IT cannot economically maintain alone (24/7 SOC, AI policy, cyber insurance carrier coordination, multi-site network architecture) while internal IT keeps daily user support. Pricing scales with the scope of what Hi-Tek owns vs internal IT owns.
How are project fees structured?
Fixed-fee milestones for scoped projects. We assess, scope, and quote — then deliver against the milestones. No surprise line items.
Do you require a long onboarding fee?
No. Onboarding is included in the engagement. The named project owner, weekly status, and platform handoff all run through the standard engagement structure. Hardware procurement and any non-standard infrastructure work would be quoted as project work alongside onboarding.
