Roles We Hire For
L1 Help Desk Engineer
Front line of the named pod. Tickets, end-user support, M365 user administration, hardware refresh coordination. We invest in L1 engineers as the next L2 and L3 hires.
L2 Systems Engineer
Server, network, cloud infrastructure, identity. Microsoft 365 administration. Project execution under TAM and vCIO direction. Microsoft certification path supported.
L3 Senior Systems Engineer
Architecture, escalations, complex incidents, security operations. Mentor for L1 and L2. Carrier-aligned cyber security stack expertise.
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
Owns the operational rhythm with each client account. Coordinates the pod, runs weekly status, owns the relationship. Mid-market services experience required.
Virtual CIO (vCIO)
Strategic IT layer with client leadership. Roadmap, budget, security posture, AI policy, cyber insurance. Industry-specific depth (healthcare, professional services, PE-backed, manufacturing) preferred.
Software Developer / Integration Engineer
In-house custom application development team. Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure, Power Platform). Building the integrations that distinguish Hi-Tek’s engagement model.
